RealPlayer Tips and Requirements |
| If you are having trouble viewing the video presentation: |
- Make sure you have installed the free RealPlayer G2 streaming media software on your system. If you have not yet installed RealPlayer, click on the RealPlayer link below for download and installation instructions. It should only take 5-10 minutes to download and install the player. Once installed, return to this site and click on the link above.
Download Real Player
- Check the buffer length in RealPlayer. Run RealPlayer, open Options -> Preferences, and select the Connection tab. Choose the "Buffer at least" option and enter an appropriate number. We recommend 20 seconds.
- If you are having trouble configuring RealPlayer to work with your browser look at RealNetworks Browser Configuration Guide.
- Make sure you are running a current version of RealPlayer. This video presentation was designed to work with RealPlayer G2. If you are running RealPlayer 5.0 or earlier you will need to download the free upgrade from RealNetworks.

| If the video quality is poor: |
- Check the connection speed RealPlayer is configured for. Run RealPlayer, open Options -> Preferences, and select the Connection tab. Make sure Normal Bandwidth is set to the speed you usually connect to the Internet and that Maximum Bandwidth is set to the maximum speed you can connect to the Internet.
- Check the buffer length in RealPlayer. Run RealPlayer, open Options -> Preferences, and select the Connection tab. Choose the "Buffer at least" option and enter an appropriate number. We recommend 20 seconds.
- Check the color depth of your display. Open Start -> Settings -> Control Panel. Open Display. Choose the Settings tab. Make sure the "Color pallette" setting is set as high as possible. High Color (16 bit) or True Color (24 bit) will provide the best quality.
